  • By checking the refrigerator brand & model in each products details page. 
  • You may also look for the model number on your current water filter and enter it into the search box at the top, center of this page. You will be taken directly to the product page for your required filter. 
  • You can also contact our online livechat or email us . We will check for you. 


First of all , please check the model before order to avoid this problem happen.  But if you received the wrong model , don’t make the complaint in our payment gateway. Just contact our live chat or email us , we will do the resend for you



            (1). Quarter Turn Filter

    • Find the filter cartridge cap in the base grille.
    • Rotate the cap counterclockwise to a vertical position, and then pull.
    • Remove the filter cap by sliding it right or left. Set aside cap. Discard old filter.

      • Remove the packaging and O-ring covers from the new filter. Slide the filter cap on.
      • Purge air from the water line. See instructions below.

              (2). Push Button Filter

      • Find the filter cartridge cap in the base grille. Do not remove cap yet.
      • Push the eject button, and then pull the filter cap. Do not twist cap.
      • Remove the filter cap by turning it counterclockwise. Set aside cap. Discard old filter.
      • Remove the packaging and O-ring covers from the new filter. Slide the filter cap on.
      • Push filter into the base grille until the eject button pops. Gently tug on cap to ensure it is snug.
      • Align arrows on the cap and new filter. Turn clockwise to snap in place.
      • Purge air from the water line. See instructions below.

             (3). Bottom Mount / French Door Filter

        • Locate the filter in the upper right corner of the fresh food compartment.
        • There are two cover types: PUSH or PULL. If the word PUSH isn't on the cover, it's a PULL.
        • To open PUSH cover: Push the tab in and down. To open PULL cover: Pull forward gently.
        • Remove the packaging and sealing label from the new filter.
        • Insert filter by gently rotating clockwise until it stops. Snap filter closed.
        • Purge air from the water line. See instructions below.

               (4).  Purge Air from the Water Line

        • After replacing the filter, flush air from the system to prevent the dispenser from dripping.
        • Using a cup, press and hold the dispenser for 5 seconds, and then release for 5 seconds.
        • Repeat until water flows, and then continue for an additional 2 minutes.
        • If your dispenser drips, do this again to flush air that enters the system from the water supply.

         If PayPal payment failure, you can try the credit card payment again .  For credit card payment, please make sure there have enough funds in your credit card.         When you finish the payment, you will can see the payment page notification you the payment was successful. 
        Normally after your order you will received an email confirmation. If you have not received the email, please check your Spam mail box.  But since some mail system reject our mailing , so you may not received the email confirmation, in this situation you can contact our online live chat or email us to confirm. 



          Normally we will need 1-3 days to prepare your order. And then we will ship the order by Fedex or USPS . The delivery time will be 3-5 Days. 

          When we ship the order out , we will update the tracking number in our system , and you will be able to see the tracking number when you login our website to see the order status.  And also you will received a email with the tracking number, if sometimes you did not received the email, you can contact our online live chat or email us to check .



          Please check the shipping address especially the postcode a before you place the order, but if you have placed the order already , you can contact our online live chat or email us to change the address. But please contact us within 24hours, after 24hours we may have sent your order out.
