We offer economy free shipping everyday on U.S. orders over $75* when shipping to the lower 48 states. This free shipping offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International orders. Orders under $75 ship for P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International orders. Orders under $75 ship for only $6.95 to most destinations within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page under the price of the item. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout.
Please note, some items are special order and may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe. These items have a handling time stated on the item page.
Supdrop.com is happy to offer expedited shipping to its customers.
NOTE: when selecting any expedited shipping method, such as FedEx 2nd day or Overnight, your order will be processed and shipped out the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Any expedited delivery requests that are placed Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until Monday. If the following Monday falls on a FedEx recognized holiday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday.
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our distribution facility. If your return is a result of a Supdrop.com error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.
Supdrop.com will not issue any refunds on products that were damaged during installation or because of incorrect installation.
Refunds on returned goods that are purchased by mistake will only be granted on items that are in a new and unused condition, with all parts, shrink wrap and components in tact.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Returns and/or refunds on custom air filters are not accepted.
Some Returns are subject to a convenience fee determined by return method during Website Return setup.
If your return comes back to us damaged, we will follow the above outlined policy and no refund will be issued. We encourage our customers to package their return carefully as to avoid any damages in transit back to us.
You can expect your refund within two-three weeks from the date you return your package. In most cases, you will receive a refund sooner, but take into account the time required for return shipping (up to 10 days), product inspection at our distribution facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). All refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Customers are responsible for providing their address. In the event an order is shipped to an invalid address; the customer is responsible for the payment and merchandise shipped. A refund will only be issued with the returned product to our distribution facility. We will follow the standard return policy.
Supdrop.com is happy to accept returns on items within 30 days of the original ship date. All returned items are inspected and must be in a new, unused condition and contain all original parts, shrink wrap, protective seals, and components. We will not accept or refund any items that have been damaged, used, or do not contain all original parts, shrink wrap, protective seals, and components.
Return requests must be processed using our self-service online portal. To access the online portal, login to your account by going to www.Supdrop.com and click on My Account.
Supdrop.com will not accept any returns on products that were damaged during installation or because of incorrect installation.
Returns on custom air filters are not accepted.
After inspection, if your return is deemed damaged, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.
In the event that Supdrop.com makes an error on your order, it must be reported within 30 days of receiving the order. After 30 days, Supdrop.com reserves the right to deny a return/refund request. We encourage our customers to check the contents of their packages as soon as they are received.
PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE ANY PACKAGES**. If a package is refused and there is no proof of delivery back to Supdrop.com, no refund will be issued. **In addition, all packages that are refused are subject to a $10.00 fee.
We encourage our customers to package their return carefully as to avoid any damages in transit back to us.
Damage due to carrier mishandling:
Supdrop.com is not liable for damages discovered after 3 months.
In the event that you receive damaged goods, we will work to resolve the issue. Please follow the steps to submit a claim:

All request must be made within 90 days of receiving the shipment.
Return Shipping Label:
Supdrop.com offers convenient prepaid mailing labels for returns to customers in the contingent US. If the Supdrop.com label is used, the customer is responsible for paying $8.99 per label. This label fee will be deducted from the return refund.
All international orders ship using FedEx, DHL, and/or USPS Services. All applicable import duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Supdrop.com is in no way responsible for any delays or additional taxes or fees that foreign customs agencies may impose or cause. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact his/her local customs agency to inquire about the amount of the fees that may apply to the order, prior to purchase.
The customer is also responsible for determining whether the items they purchase will be allowed into their respective country. Supdrop.com will not allow refunds for items that a customs agency will not allow into the country.
Supdrop.com return policy also applies to our international customers; however special rules may apply since custom charges are often incurred when items are being returned to us from another country. The customer will be responsible for paying any duties/taxes on items they are returning to us.
NOTE: Any international order that is refused or is returned to us because it was not picked up in time by the customer will not be refunded or reshipped.
The State of California often requires water treatment devices making health claims to be tested and certified by them. Some of the products we sell may not be certified specifically by the state of California. Therefore, only aesthetic claims can be made on units shipped to California. When possible we will notate on the product description if a particular product is not certified by the state of California.
Warranties and Defectives
Some of the products sold by Supdrop.com are covered under manufacturer warranty. Service information containing terms and conditions are often included in the product box. We encourage our customers to complete the product registration information and return any registration cards to the manufacturer. Please note that improper product installation can void a manufacturer’s warranty so please follow any guidelines listed. Filter life depends on water quality and usage. Supdrop.com reserves the right to determine that water quality and usage were the factor in a filter not lasting as long as expected. If this is determined, a replacement will not be issued.
If you feel you have received a defective product and are not sure if it is covered under any manufacturer warranty or guarantee and are not sure how to proceed please submit a damage claim form via the Supdrop.com Self Service Portal.
Bulky Item Handling Fee
To keep our prices competitive and offset high shipping charges for large packages, some items will include a bulk item fee. This fee will be presented during the checkout process when an order is placed. Bulk item fee's are not refundable.
Out of Stock Products
Our goal at Supdrop.com is to ship your products accurately and as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, there may be times when we are out of stock on an item you have ordered which may delay your shipment. We will keep you informed if there will be any delays due to out of stock items on your order, typically via email if you have provided an email address. And of course, we will ship your order as soon as product becomes available.
Auto Delivery and the Home Filter Club
Auto Delivery (also known as the Home Filter Club) is a convenient and cost-effective program that helps ensure you never run out of the filters you need. You will enjoy 5% off your initial order and all future orders. Your first order will ship immediately upon placement, while subsequent orders will be shipped automatically at your preferred frequency, reflecting listed price at time of reorder.
As a courtesy, you are notified via the email* on file when your order is ready to ship. At that time, you can make changes to the subscription and all other account information.
Auto Delivery Changes & Cancellations:
If an order ships prior to receiving a cancellation request, we will follow our standard return policy.
The price of the item will reflect the standard price on our website.
Promotional prices on third party sites are not valid on upcoming subscription orders.
A courtesy email is sent 10 days prior to each shipment to allow for changes and cancellations.
Auto Delivery cannot be combined with other Supdrop.com promotions.
If a subscription order is returned twice consecutively, the subscription will be canceled automatically.
Changes to your subscription can be made at any time through the "My Account" section of Supdrop.com. Note, if an order has been placed, any changes made will ONLY be applied to future orders.
Customers are responsible for updating their address and account information. In the event an order is shipped to an invalid address; the customer is responsible for the payment and merchandise shipped. You have the right to concel your Auto Delivery order at any time, with no consequences or penalties. To help prevent any delays in service, your credit card expiration date may be automatically updated to prevent shipment interruptions.
*It is the customer’s responsibility to add [email protected] to their safe senders list to ensure that they receive all auto delivery communications.
Pricing or Image Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to human error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Supdrop.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. Supdrop.com will have the right to cancel or refuse any such orders whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Supdrop.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
At Supdrop.com, we do our best to keep all images on our website up to date. If an image is discovered to be out of date, we will ship the updated product, which may not be identical to the image that is currently used online.
Sales tax is determined by the delivery address of your order. Any state, county, and/or locality taxes are calculated during checkout and vary by location.
Payments in Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Company Check, & Personal Check
We accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.
We stand behind all the products labeled on our site with a Satisfaction Guarantee Badge. The satisfaction guarantee is good for 30 days after the original ship date.
Low Price Guarantee
We will match competitor’s website prices any time before a purchase. Call our Customer Experience department at 1-866-438-3458 with proof of the lower price to claim your discount. Please also have all of the details of the product you wish to purchase, including the price, product number, and brand.
The Lowest Price Guarantee applies only to websites run by U.S. corporations and for the prices of products delivered to the contiguous United States.
The product must be available in the exact size, style and color that it is on Supdrop.com and it must be in stock and available for purchase on the competitor's website.
We will not match shipping prices. All price matched orders will include Supdrop.com shipping prices and applicable taxes.
We will match competitors' website prices any time BEFORE a purchase. We will not refund for a price match request after the order is placed.
We require pro of the lower price at the time of your phone call.
Some brands may be excluded, as determined by the manufacturer.
We do not match PREVIOUS prices on competitor websites - only the CURRENT prices.
We do not match membership or subscription pricing.
We do not match competitors' rewards, points, cash back, affiliate, etc. programs.
